If a room is reserved and confirmed, an accommodation contract is concluded. A legally binding conclusion of the contract also exists in the case of oral bookings, in particular by telephone, unless written form has been expressly agreed.

The owner of the accommodation establishment is obliged to provide the booked accommodation for the agreed period. The guest must pay the accommodation price as contractually agreed.

Cancellation fees:
Cancellation is free of charge up to one week prior to departure.
In case of cancellation at short notice, we charge 80% of the accommodation price.

The owner of the accommodation facility is required to rent an unused accommodation to someone else and must take into account the resulting savings on the cancellation fee claimed by him.

The room is available on the day of arrival from 12.00 o’clock, if you arrive after 20.00 o’clock, we ask for short information.
On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 10.00 am.

Payment is to be made on site in cash, by EC card or can be transferred before departure.

Additional agreements must be made in writing. The invalidity of individual provisions of the contract or the conditions does not affect the validity of the other provisions. Instead of the invalid provision, a valid provision that comes as close as possible to it shall apply.
Place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction is Laufen, if the guest is a registered merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law or if the customer has no general place of jurisdiction in the Federal Republic of Germany.
German law shall apply exclusively. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the conflict of laws is excluded.
