Room prices:
Prices are per person per day, plus visitor’s tax. For one or two nights we charge a surcharge of 2,00 € per person.
The prices shown include the following inclusive services:
- Overnight stay
- breakfast buffet from 7.00 to 9.30 a.m.
- Parking lot at the house
- Value added tax ( 7% room, 19 % all other services )
- W-lan
Visitor’s tax:
The visitor’s tax is currently € 2.60 per adult per day, for children from 6 to 16 years € 1.30 per day.

The visitor’s tax is currently € 3.10 per adult per day, for children from 6 to 16 years € 1.55 per day.
Arrival:
Our rooms are available from 12:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive later than 19:00, we ask for short notification.
Departure:
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 am.
Cancellation:
Cancellation is free of charge until 7 days before arrival. In case of short term cancellation we charge 80 % of the room price.
Payment:
We accept cash, EC cards or bank transfers before departure.
